I’ve always been interested (from as early as I can remember) in “what makes people tick?” After I had my second child I spent 6 years formally studying Psychology.

I was often asked  “what's next?” Then I was just interested in the subject, but it got me thinking and realising that I really wanted to help people who struggle with their emotions, thoughts and behaviours.

I set up my private practice in 1995.
