Thisl Reset Programme can allow you a break so you can reassess your relationship with alcohol, whether you want to completely quit or just drink differently The start-up meeting (60 minutes) allows assessment and planning of your Individualised Programme. The programme includes the 4 weekly in-person sessions, a manual and daily emails.
